3. Event Bookings
All tickets are subject to availability.
Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
We reserve the right to:
Make minor changes to event content
Change facilitators if necessary
Cancel or reschedule events where required
4. Refund Policy
We operate a credit-first and transfer policy.
Tickets are generally non-refundable.
Transfers may be permitted at our discretion.
Credit may be issued case-by-case.
Refunds are not guaranteed.
Requests must be made in writing to hello@heyneighbourhood.com.
5. Parental Supervision
Children attending events must remain supervised by their parent or guardian at all times.
Hey Neighbourhood Ltd does not provide childcare unless explicitly stated.
Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour during events.
6. Behaviour Policy
We reserve the right to remove attendees who:
Act in a disruptive or unsafe manner
Behave aggressively or inappropriately
Fail to comply with venue rules
No refund will be issued in these circumstances.
7. Alcohol
Where alcohol is served:
Valid age identification may be required
We reserve the right to refuse service
Responsible consumption policies will apply
8. External Facilitators
Some workshops may be delivered by third-party facilitators.
While we curate carefully, facilitators operate independently and attendees participate at their own discretion.
9. Space Hire
Separate hire agreements may apply for private bookings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Indirect or consequential loss
Loss of enjoyment
Personal belongings brought to events
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events outside our reasonable control.
